The Leisure Mount Ahorn certainly gives credit to its` name. it is the perfect starting point for countless hikes and hut tours: A real paradise for walkers, nature lovers and families alike.
Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while the little ones playfully discover the natural landscapes.
Ahorn has a great deal to offer, with informative stations on the Leisure Tail, at the Ahorn Eagle`s Stage or in the new Nature Centre, "Sinnesspiele".
A new attraction has been added to top station of the Ahorn Lifts. Based on the slogan "Freiraum for Ideas", a sophisticated building complex has been created within the lift station at 2,000 metres above sea level.This masterpiece of contemporary architure - the Freiraum - is home to a café and is the perfect location for all kinds of events.

The Penkenbahn cable cars whisk you to the top station of the lifts in only a few minutes - the ideal starting point for countless mountain walks and hut to hut tours.
Mountain bikers have the opportunity to show off their downhill skills on two new single trails. Free climbers, paragliders and via Ferrate fans are also well catered for on Mount Penken.
Families will also enjoy all that Penken has to offer. The whole mountain can be explored on family friendly trails which are suitable for buggys.
Have you ever dreamed of walkíng on water? Well you need wait no longer! All made possible by giant, air-filled plastic Funballz on Mount Penken. You can quickly access the Funballz-Station by using the Kombibahn Penken Lift. This comfortable and spacious 10 seater cable car is ideal for pedestrians and families with small children.
