Are you looking for a varied and exciting job in tourism?
Mayrhofen-Hippach Tourist Board is looking for:
a male or female member of staff to join the
front desk info team
Your responsibilities will include:
- providing information to both guests and accommodation providers at the front desk of our information offices
- maintaining and servicing our booking system (Feratel Deskline 3.0)
- Managing enquiries and providing support for guests and accommodation providers
- managing our card system (Mayrhofen-Hippach Card)
Required qualifications:
A customer orientated approach and foreign language skills are essential. If you have experience working in other tourist boards, hotel reception, the service industry or sales as well as working knowledge of standard reservation and office systems, we look forward to receiving your application with C.V. by the 14th June 2013
The gross minimum wage is € 1,400
Higher wage possible, depending on personal skills
