Auenland Sidan

Adventure playground for the whole family

The spacious - "Auenland Sidan" - adventure playground lies in the midst of nature and right next to the Zillertal bike path. Covering an area of around 3,000 m², people of all ages will appreciate this versatile, natural recreation area and space for mutual encounters.

Playground with themed areas

The playground offers an equally diverse selection of games for toddlers, as it does for young adventurers and the young at heart. Kids who want to show off their ability and endurance skills can look forward to cool climbing elements, an agility course, tree house and of course a great trampoline!

The expansive grounds will of course also feature regular playground classics, such as a sand play area, numerous swings, seesaws and slides.

Varied fitness area

Those wanting to work on their fitness and endurance levels can look forward to a varied fitness area equipped with diverse apparatus.

The element of "water" takes centre stage in the southern section of the facility. A small stream with exciting water games will enthral visitors just as much as the planned paddling pool - but that's all we're giving away for now!

"Auenland" means floodplain in English, so as its name suggests, the design of the landscape resembles that of a river delta. Surrounded by native trees, bushes and flowers, it is a great place to play hide and seek and invent exciting adventures. Who knows what else you will be able to discover in this fairytale world?  It's not without reason that the area is reminiscent of "Middle-earth", the home of the Hobbits. Here, you can let your imagination run wild!

With so much play, fun and excitement to be had, areas to relax and laze around must not be lacking. Visitors will therefore be pleasantly surprised to find inviting chill-out areas with hammocks and loungers to enjoy relaxing breaks.

Opening times: May to October
