Village Fete in Hollenzen, 12. September 2010
The yearly village fete in Hollenzen with various local specialities of the ziller valley, traditional music and lots of fun!
Transhumance - Cattle Drive 2010
Late September, before the first snow comes, the catttles return to the valley from the high summer pastures. The cows wear elaborate headdresses for the occasion, and the clanging of cow bells accompanies brass bands.
HOOO RUCK 2010 - 1-3 October 2009 in Mayrhofen
As every year the Hooo-Ruck-Festival takes place at the Visitor Dairy Farm in Mayrhofen to celebrate the home coming of the cows
