Mayrhofen : Zillertal : Tyrol
The Mayrhofen/Hippach Holiday Region is located in the Upper Zillertal and in the heart of Tyrol. Together with the villages of Brandberg, Ginzling, Ramsau and Schwendau, it offers an extensive range of attractions for a fantastic winter holiday and unforgettable summer vacation. In winter the Vans Penken Park, one of the largest snowboard parks in Europe, offers irresistible challenges for snowboarders and freestyle snowboarding. For skiers there are 157 km of piste for pure enjoyment, 48 modern lifts and lots of cosy huts to choose from. In summer, in addition to relishing just doing nothing, there's a great deal of fun on offer with walking, running, climbing and cycling for all levels of fitness. The Zillertal National Park offers highly interesting guided walks on a wide range of themes; and a colourful variety of events guarantee many happy hours after doing sport.
