Our house is located at the Horbergbahn lift station. This perfect location offers direct access to the ski resort Ski Zillertal 3000 .
Based on our perfect location all the other lifts can be reached in a few minutes. A little walkway and you are in Mayrhofen with its many restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. Next to us is a excellent PIZZERIA and the station for the bus.
For an various summer holiday our region offers many hiking possibilities, numberless bike routes and an climbing area nearby. In additon we offer E-Bikes if you want.
In winter our house is best located. Even if skiing, cross country skiing or snow hiking. You will be inspired. In the house is our own ski hire (STARTSCHUSS) where our house guests can profit from reductions.

Wir liegen etwas ausserhalb von Mayrhofen in einer ruhigen Lage. Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, Spaziergänge oder Radfahrten.
Mayrhofen mit seinen zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars ist zu Fuß in 25-30, oder mit dem Auto in 5 min zu erreichen. In 2 Minuten Fußweg erreichen Sie eine Pizzeria sowie die Dörferbushaltestelle.
Unser Haus ist durch seine zentrale Lage in Hippach – Schwendau im Zillertal optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren, Wanderungen und sportliche Aktivitäten wie Klettern (Klettersteige gleich in der Nähe) und Mountainbiken, in der herrlichen Bergwelt der Zillertaler Alpen. Nur 2 km entfernt befindet sich das Freischwimmbad in Schwendau-Hippach. Auch die Erlebnisbäder Mayrhofen und Fügen, sowie die Erlebnistherme in Fügen liegen in der Nähe und sind ein El Dorado für Wasser- und Wellnessfreunde.
Im Winter sind wir der ideale Ansprechpartner in Sachen Ski-und Snowsport. Im Keller befindet sich unser Skiverleih STARTSCHUSS, Gäste des Hause können von Rabatten auf die Mietskiausrüstung profitieren.
