Our house with the dream holiday flat on the entire 1st floor is located in the direct vicinity of the Horbergbahn / Zillertal 3000 ski area (5 minutes on foot).
Besides my family, you are the only guests in the house.
In approx. 100 metres distance you will find a ski bus or in summer village bus stop as well as the Ziller cycle and hiking trail. About 500 metres away, your children can let off steam on a new, very large and beautiful children's playground. From the balcony you can see the playground as well as the numerous paragliders which land in the field below the house.

The new living room / bedroom offers you a large double bed, 3 couches which are equipped with real mattresses and can therefore also be used as beds, flat screen TV. Fly screen. Plenty of space for children to play. Access to the covered balcony with a fantastic, unobstructed view.
