Enthusiasm & the power of nature

The route leads through the wildly romantic Floitental Valley, up and over rocks and ladders to the dizzying heights of the Mörchenscharte Ridge at 2,870 m, before carrying on to the Berlin Hut and the long awaited destination at Breitlahner Alpine Guest House (1,257 m) via the Alpenrose and Klausenalm. This arduous march is popular with people of all ages, with the youngest participant being only seven years old and the oldest over eighty. Whoever completes this challenge, triumphs over themselves.
