Our HELD Gala Dinner offers you a very special evening.

Every Wednesday,creativity and traditional, innovative and down-to-earth, international and regional, these are the perfect ingredients for culinary delights served at the Hotel Held in the Zillertal.

Our kitchen team with chef de cuisine, Martin, combines the fusion of the seemingly impossible, using regional ingredients from the Zillertal as well as herbs from the garden with international gourmet standards to create a divine meal.

You don't have to be a gourmet to appreciate the carefully stocked wine cellar, the in-house herb garden, and the courses of culinary delights in our restaurant.
