The culinary highlights are cooked by Franz Theodor Lenze. Franz comes from the Sauerland and is a chef at the Hotel Seegarten and loves nature. He prefers to cook with regional products.
Musical highlights are provided by the Young Mayrhofners. Erwin, Michl and Ulli perform the most beautiful Zillertal songs.
Our food comes directly from the region. The eggs from the Heiseler Hof farm in Radfeld, the vegetables from the Knapp family in Hall, the milk and dairy products from the alpine pasture in Zemmgrund and the game meat from the Zemmgrund hunting area.

The wine and beer accompaniment is provided by our regional brewery Zillertal Bier.
