Description & Requirements
With Escape Rooms Exclusive, you reserve all three rooms simultaneously for 60 minutes. Ideal for larger groups with different age groups, interests, or escape room experiences. 2 to 6 people can play per room.
The following rooms are included:
Minimum Age: Perseverance, motivation, and tech-savviness are more important than age itself. However, please note that some of the puzzles might be too challenging for children under 14. For all those under 14, it's a requirement to have an adult accompanying you who will take responsibility for your group. Persons between 14-17 years old can play independently, but they should bring a parental consent form with them (which you can download from visorium.at).
Procedure
1. Book your ticket – whether online, via email, phone, or in person.
2. Check in 15 minutes before your booking starts at the reception. Depending on the order process, either display the ticket or collect it there. The ticket doesn't need to be printed and can also be presented in digital form.
3. After a brief introduction, you can start solving the puzzles of the Zillertal. You have one hour.
4. The Game Master accompanies you in the background and provides hints and tips when needed.

Cancellation Policy
In case of not adhering to a booking and failure to cancel in a timely manner, the operator reserves the right not to refund the entrance fee. If canceled within 48 hours, a cancellation fee equal to the booking amount will apply.
