Nature park lecture: The Alps in transition

On Thursday, 28 August, at 8 p.m., the Brandberg fire station will host a lecture entitled ‘Alps in Transition’ by South Tyrolean alpine researcher Dr Erich Tasser. The lecture will focus on the changes in the Alpine region for humans and wildlife. Dr Tasser will highlight the developments of recent decades, identify the driving forces and explain the impact on nature and biodiversity. He will also discuss the influence of political decisions and social trends such as climate policy and nutrition on the future of the Alpine region.
