What to expect:
"Four people, one team, no mercy!" is the motto for this extreme up and down for ski mountaineers and mountain bikers - RISE - and for paragliders and skiers - FALL. The cult event RISE&FALL returns for the 10th time and shines in a new guise.

Prize money with a total value of more than 10.000 € and in the relay competition 1.000 € prize money for the fastest single athlete.
Register now for one of the 3 categories:
Team-Race = classic RISE&FALL team competition for 85 women's & men's and mixed relays
Single-Race = the single competition, where 5 exclusive starting places are given to single athletes who master all 4 disciplines alone
Kids-Race = the children's relay for teams of 2, from 8 to 13 years old, who have to master 2 disciplines (probably obstacle course & skiing)
Good to know:
The starting signal falls on Saturday, 10.12.2022 | Kids start at 11.30 a.m., individual competition at 12.45 p.m., team at 01.00 p.m.
START AND FINISH AREA: valley station of the Ahornbahn in Mayrhofen
PROCEDURE: Ski mountaineers start in the finish area - ascent along the Ahorn valley run to Gasthof Wiesenhof - relay handover to the paragliders - flight in a predefined corridor and landing as accurately as possible in the finish area - relay handover to the mountain bikers - ride to Wiesenhof - final relay handover to the skiers - Ahorn downhill run to the finish area (Kids Race with its own course)

Ski mountaineering 1,7 km - 430 HM
paragliding 3,2 km - 430 HM
mountain bike 3,7 km - 430 HM
ski 1,7 km - 430 HM
