Music Island on the Penken - where eyes make ears! Mountain enthusiasm has a new name: the Music Island! Here you can cheer on musical live acts in the Penken lake in summer.
Surrounded by one of the most beautiful panoramas of the Zillertal mountains, the Music Island is THE meeting point for guests from near and far who are enthusiastic about mountains and music. Blech & Co consists of 23 musicians. Professional musician Toni Müller has been in charge of Blech & Co. since 2008, and he also composes and arranges. The program also includes virtuoso solo interludes in all registers. The brass band is complemented by a powerful vocal trio. In 2008, the brass band achieved the German championship in Bohemian and Moravian brass bands and in 2013 the European champion title in the upper school. The band was able to convince the jury and achieved the best rating with 92.3 points. In 2017 she became Vice European Champion. In 2022, the band left the stage as the winner of the Grand Prix of brass music.
