Already since times around Maria Theresia on our hereditary farm with the good fruit of our scattered fruit meadows most diverse schnapps are distilled.
With our new state-of-the-art distillery, we now produce high-quality Zillertal brandies and liqueurs from the best local fruit, herbs and roots.
We process only impeccable and fully ripe fruits and raw materials, which are traditionally double distilled in our copper pot still.
