Since the time around Maria Theresa, a variety of brandies have been distilled on our estate with the good fruit of our orchards.With our new state-of-the-art distillery, we now produce high-quality Zillertal brandies and liqueurs from the best local fruit, herbs and roots.We only process flawless and fully ripe fruits and raw materials, which are traditionally fired twice in our copper kettle.
