"On the Hintertux Glacier you can ski whenever you want - whether in winter on a range of pistes of up to 62 kilometres, in June or in October. Especially in spring and autumn, when the season has not even started elsewhere or is already over, the Hintertux Glacier offers the best conditions with breathtaking views thanks to its altitude.
Beginners as well as experienced skiers and snowboarders ski on the Hintertux Glacier in a highly varied way at different levels of difficulty.
Springtime skiers are spoiled with the finest powder snow and fabulous sunshine skiing. The spring ski bus will be shuttling from Mayrhofen to the Hintertux Glacier again from 22.04. to 15.05.2025.

Snow Card Tirol holders
Holders of a valid lift pass for the Zillertaler Gletscherbahnen (glacier lift pass)
Pedestrians with a guest card issued by Mayrhofen-Hippach Tourist Board
Mountain bikes and hikers can pursue active recreation in magnificent high alpine landscapes. Natural monuments such as the Spannagel Cave and Nature's Ice Palace will delight the whole family. Children also enjoy messing around with "Luis," the local mascot at Gletscherflohpark at 3,250 m or Flohpark at Sommerberg.
