Mount Penken offers two paragliding launch sites: 

  • East Take-off Site Located directly next to the Kombibahn mountain station.

  • South Take-off Site Located in the Knorren area.

If weather conditions prevent a start, we will transport you and your equipment back to the valley free of charge.

FLYING WITHOUT LIMITS

„Wheels4flying“ is the first association in Austria, based in Mayrhofen in the Zillertal, to offer tandem paragliding flights and solo flight training for people with mobility and cognitive impairments. PANORAMATRAIL PENKEN The PanoramaTrail on Mount Penken, which is even suitable for baby buggies, takes you to some action-packed sites. You don't have to be an extreme athlete to have spectacular adventures. The trail leads past two paragliding launch sites, where you can watch the pilots taking to the skies.
