The fantastic freeride terrain at Lärmstange is a magnet for deep snow fans and snowboarders and free-skiers appreciate the free-style opportunities offered in Betterpark Hintertux, at 3,200 m, as well as the beginner friendly Familypark Hintertux.
Springtime tantalises skiers with the finest powder snow and magnificent sunshine skiing. Skiers and snowboarders can experience all four seasons in one day in summer and extensive views ranging from Grossglockner, to the Dolomites and Mount Zugspitze, as well as an unparalleled summer ski resort. Mountain bikers and hikers savour active sport and recreation in beautiful high alpine mountain landscapes. Natural places of interest such as the Spannagelhöhle Caves and Nature's Ice Palace Impress the whole family. Children also love playing with "Luis", the glacier mascot, at the Glacier Floh-Park at 3,250 m or the Floh-Park at Sommerberg.
Early autumn, winter sports enthusiasts can look forward to masses of fresh snow on fantastically wide, sunny slopes and Europe's first Snowpark-Opening. In winter, the Hintertux Glacier unites with the ski mountains of the Zillertal Valley, Penken, Ahorn, Eggalm, Rastkogel and Finkenberg to create the snow-sure Ski- & Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000. With just one ski pass, winter sports lovers have 196 kilometres of runs at their disposal!
