In Mayrhofen-Hippach, the art of distilling schnapps is steeped in tradition. For generations, people have practised it here with immense devotion and expertise. This rich variety inspired the idea to create something truly unique together. Eight master distillers have united their experience, knowledge, and passion.

Fruity, harmonious and unmistakable

"HIPPSTAR" captivates with the harmonious interplay of selected apples, pears and plums - harvested at peak ripeness and processed carefully.

Each fruit variety is distilled individually. The distillates are then carefully tasted and selected. To achieve this, local master distillers pool their knowledge, experience, and passion.

Only the finest distillates are blended to create "HIPPSTAR" – a beautifully balanced multi-fruit cuvée with fruity character and a refined bouquet.
