Withdraw from Contract
Use this form to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving any reason.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Tourist services (e.g. accommodation, ski passes, lift tickets, package tours)
Contracts that have already been fully or partially performed
The right of withdrawal applies, for example, to:
Gift vouchers
Digital content and subscriptions
Goods you have not yet received
How it works:
Fill in the required fields (buyer's first and last name, email address, order number, description of items)
Click "Confirm Cancellation"
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received
We will review your request and contact you to arrange the return shipment, if applicable.
