Located in Hippach in the Ziller Valley, Alpenhotel Stefanie is set between 2 large ski areas (Mayrhofen-Hippach and Zillertal Arena/Kaltenbach). The nearest ski station Horbergbahn is less than 1 km away from the hotel. Guests can reach it by a regular free ski-bus which stops in front of the main entrance to the hotel. Snow-shoe hikes as well as cross-country skiing are also possible nearby.
Alpenhotel Stefanie is not a typical Tyrolean hotel. It combines the best of different styles throughout the common areas providing a comfortable luxurious setting. Guests enjoy a warm, cosy atmosphere especially in winter when the bar area is illuminated by the flickering light of the great log fire place.
The hotel features a range of different rooms to suit all tastes: from old Zillertal style economy rooms to modern Alpine style panoramic suits. All rooms have a balcony.
Guests can have their complimentary breakfast either Continental or English style in the panoramic mountain view Restaurant. They can also reserve in advance a table for dinner in Stefanie Restaurant to enjoy dishes of international cuisine and also local Zillertal specialties. The Restaurant provides A la Carte & Table d'Hôte menus allowing guests to make their own choice, as well a wide range of fine wines. In summer, guests can also have breakfast and dinner on the terrace with magnificent mountain views.
The spa area features a wide range of facilities, including a panorama indoor pool, herbal and infrared saunas, steam baths and relaxation areas. Guests can also enjoy a massage or body treatments or get active on the on-site tennis court.
The hotel provides free parking and free Wi-Fi for guests.
