Our house "Apart-Huamatgfühl" is located in a quiet area in the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region in the village of Laimach.
In addition to a relaxed atmosphere, you will also find a wide range of recreational activities nearby, whether hiking, skiing, or a relaxing walk in the forest or along the Ziller River. The bus stops to the ski areas Horberg and Zillertal Arena are just a few meters away.
Our newly built apartments are on the 1st floor and all equipped with balconies. Free parking spaces and complimentary Wi-Fi are also available. Our large ski cellar provides ample space for your winter equipment.

Conditions and Information
When arriving by car, take the A12 exit for Zillertal and follow the B169 until the traffic light intersection in Ramsau. Turn right towards Hippach and follow the signs to Laimach.
