Our house offers you:
A holiday apartment (approximately 110 m²), featuring 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 8 people - each equipped with a washbasin and a large flat-screen TV, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 toilets, 2 large balconies (accessible from all rooms), as well as a spacious kitchen-living room - fully equipped and also with a flat-screen TV
In addition, you have access to a ski room with a boot dryer, a table tennis table, and a large playground with swings, a big trampoline, and a playhouse with a slide and sandbox. Towels, toilet paper, and bed linens are also provided in the apartment.
The house in which the holiday apartment is situated is located in a quiet area, just outside the idyllic mountain village of Ginzling and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes - from easy walks to more challenging hikes and even true summit climbs, there is something for everyone.
In winter, there is a small ski lift, a cross-country ski trail, and a toboggan run (illuminated in the evening). For those who find this insufficient, there is a free ski bus that stops only 30 m from the accommodation, or you can drive (about 15 minutes) to Mayrhofen, where winter sports and fun know no bounds.
In Mayrhofen you will also find: shops, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, mini-golf, a bowling alley, a cinema, and much more.
You can also enjoy the beautiful view from one of the balconies overlooking our alpine meadows and the impressive mountain world and simply relax from everyday life! End a wonderful day of skiing, cycling, or hiking in the kitchen-living room with a cozy gathering.
