Due to our sunny and quiet location in the heart of the idyllic alpine village Ramsau in the Zillertal at about 600m above sea level you are offered countless recreational opportunities in winter due to the numerous nearby ski areas. Nevertheless, there are also plenty of activities to do in the summertime, such as hiking, swimming, golfing or climbing and if you are brave enough you can engage in more thrilling activities like paragliding, flying fox, bungee jumping, canyoning, rafting and a lot more. Despite all the numerous activities mentioned above, our quiet location also suits the needs for people just seeking for some relaxation.

Central and quiet location in the middle of the valley some ski areas in immediate vicinity separate entrance to the apartment distance to the next ski bus stop is about 50 meters terrace with garden furniture pets by arrangement free parking directly at the appartement maximal capacity: 3 people.
