Private entrance with its own wardrobe Bright living kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette Cozy dining and living area  Bedroom with double bed (180 × 200 cm) and single bed (90 × 200 cm) Modern bathroom with shower and WC Free Wi-Fi Free parking directly in front of the house Skis equipment: A separate ski room is not available in the apartment! A storage option is located in front of the apartment. We recommend using a ski box on your vehicle or a lockable ski depot at the mountain lifts. 

Centrally located – in the heart of the Zillertal

Despite the quiet location, everything important is quickly accessible. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, and other shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Even without a car, you are well connected: The bus stop for the ski and guest bus is only about 300 meters from the house and can be reached in approximately 5 minutes on foot. From there, you easily reach the surrounding ski areas and excursion destinations.

Whether you prefer an active sports holiday or relaxing days in the mountains – our apartment combines modern comfort, a tranquil atmosphere, and an ideal location.
