At the beginning of Mayrhofen you will arrive at a roundabout. Drive straight on, past the railway station, along the main road until a Spar supermarket. Turn left here in to the Rauchenwaldgasse, and drive on about 300 metres until the last but one turning on the right, sign posted, "Ferienwohnung Kröll - Landhaus Maria, Appartments Viktoria".
