The approximately 70 m² modern apartment is located on the third floor of a unique (round) building and offers a stunning panoramic view of the mountains.

The apartment is situated right in the center of the village of Mayrhofen, yet tucked away from the busy main street. On the ground floor, you'll find a sports shop with ski rental, a tapas bar, and a Chinese restaurant.

The apartment is spread over two levels. The first level, which includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and a hallway, is available for rent. The second level is separated and not rented out. During your stay, you will have the apartment all to yourself.
