A very warm welcome to " Landhaus Daum" in "Schwendau" at "Zillertal"
Our house is located in a beautiful space, perfect for summer or winter Holidays in a village called " Hippach-Schwendau". Our three appartments are made for 20 people at maximum. In the appartment called " Penken" we have space for 1 to 5 people, the appartment called "Ahorn" gives space for maximum 8 people and the appartment " Kristall" for about 3 to 7 People.
The "Zillertal" ist an ideal and beautiful choice for your holidays.
Enjoy the beautiful winter wonderland in our village - there is everything you expect for perfect holidays. Use lots of our ski resorts nearby, find some new challenges on our cross-country slopes or enjoy the longest natural toboggan run in the adjacent place " Zell am Ziller". For some special fun for young ones and elder you can use the night toboggan run which gives you the option to make a stop at the located cottage. For snowboard freaks and freestylers offers the "Penkenpark" at "Penken" a lot of action. But also people who prefer ski tours or climbing trails will find a lot of opportunities to do. We do not only offer a perfect place for your winter holidays but also for your summer vacations:
our special service includes free entry in:
· our outdoor pools in "Hippach" and "Mayrhofen"
· a lot of Tennis-, beachvolley-, basketball- and soccerplaces
We are sure that you would like to enjoy the unique nature as well. So decide to use one of our tracking trails to relax or show up in one of our more difficult climbing tracks. Another possibility is mountain climbing.
At "Uderns", about 12 km away, you can use an 18 hole golf course with driving range where you can practise drives or improve your handicap - or you choose to try out Paragliding - makes a lot of fun. We have some bars, nightclubs, restaurants and a source of stores, including a pharmacy and doctors home nearby. The sports clinic "Mayrhofen" is just 4 km away, so you are always in the safe keeping. We also offer you to spend your time in our beautiful garden and use our barbecue grill.
