Our beautiful Landhaus Sabrina is situated in Schwendau (the next community of Mayrhofen, approx. 1km). The breathtaking surroundings invite to relax completely and you will forget your daily life immediately.
Skibusstation in winter and citybusstation in summer are 100 metres far from the accommodation. Those official kind of transports take you to all cable car stations as well to all important and central places in Mayrhofen and Schwendau. So let`s enjoy your holiday completely without the car.
In winter there is a great cross country ski trail passing just behind the house (for free).
In summer you can eighter take very long walking tours on the promenade or you ride your bike to infinity.
Further there are 800 metres from the apartment 4 fantastic climbing possibilities for every difficulty level (beginers, kids as well as real climbing fans).
The apartment is perfect for families as well as smaller groups as the rooms are well diveded and furnished to a very high standard so everybody has enough place to fully enjoy the holiday.

Arrival and departure available any time. Directions: At Mayrhofen drive straight ahead at the roundabout and turn right just before the railway station, straight on until Burgstall, our house is the second on the right after the Gasthof Schrofenblick.
