Description
The Pfitscherjochhaus is the oldest private mountain hut in South Tyrol.
It is located in the Zillertal Alps, right on the border between Italy and Austria in the immediate vicinity of the Pfitscherjoch. The hut has been run as a family business since 1888 - now in its 5th generation by the Leopold Volgger family.
Overnight stays possible until the end of September, thereafter only open during the day.
