Description
Surrounded by the Zillervalley mountain landscape, in the charming town Schwendau is our 2015 newly built apartment "Schormisbleibe" located. The name of our apartment is composed of the district called "Schormis" and our hearty invitation of "Stay and feel well”. Our house is situated on a hillock, from where you can discover the surrounding mountains and the villages of Mayrhofen and Ramsau. From your location you can reach the most famous ski resorts the Zillervalley has to offer just within a few minutes: Zillertal 3000, Zillertal Arena and the Hochzillertal Ski Resort. The ski resort Zillertal 3000 can be easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is only a two minutes walk from our house. The Zillertal Arena (Zell am Ziller) and the Hochzillertal Ski Area in Kaltenbach can also be reached by public transport. You can use the ski buses with all of your ski equipment for free by showing the Zillertal Superskipass. It only takes you about five minutes to reach the station in Ramsau.From Hippach-Schwendau you have an ideal starting point for your further activities. In Hippach you will find two sports shops including ski schools and ski rental. In our town there is also a bakery, a deli and a bank. A larger grocery store with a butcher's counter is located in Ramsau. If you don't feel like cooking, you can go to the Pizzeria Sidan in Schwendau or eat à la carte in one of the numerous hotels in Hippach-Schwendau.
