Our family-run sun apartment is situated quietly at the edge of Mayrhofen and offers a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountain landscape. The ski bus, public bus, and guest bus stop is located right in front of the house. This allows you to easily and conveniently reach Mayrhofen, the Penkenbahn, the Ahornbahn, and the Horbergbahn, as well as many other excursion destinations.

Our cozy holiday apartments offer plenty of space to feel comfortable and depending on the apartment, feature a spacious balcony, a sunny terrace, or a French balcony. Free parking options, an underground garage, a ski room with a boot dryer, as well as a storage option for bicycles are available for our guests.

Families are also very welcome here. A cot and a high chair for children are happily provided upon request.

In selected holiday apartments, dogs are also allowed. Please inform us about your four-legged companion at the time of booking.

In summer, our guests enjoy attractive inclusive services: Entry to the outdoor pools in Mayrhofen and Hippach, as well as the use of the tennis court, is free of charge. You will receive a 25 % discount for the adventure indoor pool and sauna in Mayrhofen. Additionally, you can use the guest and village bus between Mayrhofen, Schwendau, Burgstall, Ramsau, and Hippach – the bus stop is located right in front of our house.

After an eventful vacation day, you can enjoy the peaceful location and the impressive mountain panorama. We live in the house ourselves and are happy to be available to you personally during your stay.
