Our 2019 newly built house Vergissmeinnicht is located in the district Neu-Burgstall of the municipality Schwendau, in a quiet location. The center of Mayrhofen can be easily reached by car or the village bus (stop just a few meters from our house) within 5 minutes.
The Horbergbahn, which takes you to the Mayrhofen ski area in winter, is only a few minutes' walk away. You can also easily reach the gondola lift with the ski bus (stop next to the house).
In summer you can start a hike, a walk or a bike ride directly from our house. For families, we recommend the new adventure playground "Auenland", which is also just a few minutes' walk from us.
Ferienwohnung Vergissmeinnicht has a private entrance and is spread over two floors.
Equipment of the 78m² apartment:
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, pots, crockery, cutlery, etc. ✔ Cozy dining table group for up to 7 people as well as pull-out couch (sleeping possibility for up to 2 people, 145 x 220 cm) as well as a 42" Smart TV and a CD & MP3 radio
✔ 2 bedrooms, each with a large box spring bed, a wardrobe and a 32" Smart TV; One of the bedrooms has a comfortable box-spring armchair bed for a 3rd person in the room ✔ 2 bathrooms, each with a sink, rain shower and toilet ✔ Cloakroom, storage room and ski boot dryer ✔ Terrace, garden and charcoal barbecue
