From legendary festivals like Snowbombing, Altitude Comedy Festival or the new Full Metal Mayrhofen, to the UK freestyle championships "The Brits", and many more spectacular events, the region offers a diverse program. The winter is celebrated in all its facets, with a perfect mix of winter fun, a variety of sports, and cool event experiences.

skiHER Festival

From March 7 to 14, 2027, Mayrhofen in the Zillertal will transform into a week-long gathering place for queer women, FLINTA*, and allies. skiHER combines music, winter sports, and community—with events both on the mountain and in the valley. Skiing and partying go hand in hand: Those who want to can hit the slopes between events, and those not on skis can simply take the mountain rail up and be right in the thick of it.

Spectacular freestyle action is guaranteed when the best British snowboarders and freeskiers compete for medals. Disciplines such as Slopestyle, Big Air, Rail Jam, and Skicross provide pure adrenaline!
