Hiking Pass
Collect stamps & earn your hiker's badge
There are many hiking tours and peaks in the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region for your to enjoy during your holiday in Tyrol.
The Mayrhofen-Hippach HIKING PASS provides you with an overview of the many mountain huts, peaks and tributary valleys in the upper Zillertal Valley and gives you the opportunity to collect stamps for one of the diverse HIKER'S BADGES.
The hiker's badge serves as a little memento of your holiday in the mountains which you can proudly show off at home, as a little reminder of the many up and downhill metres covered during your tours.
Bronze, Silver and Gold Badges
Are you one of those hikers that just keeps going? Then let everyone know by earning one of our special hiker's badges.
You will receive the Bronze Badge, after hiking to 5 of the listed hiking destinations and entering the stamp in your hiking pass. For 8 stamps you will receive the Silver Badge and for all 15 stamps you are awarded with the Gold Badge.
Edelweiss & Steinbock Badges
EDELWEISS: After reaching 10 of the listed hiking destinations, as well as climbing one mountain peak, you have not only proven your stamina, but can also be a proud bearer of the Edelweiss Badge. STEINBOCK: If you manage to climb 2 mountain peaks and walk to 15 of our hiking destinations, you truly have the endurance levels of a "Steinbock" alpine ibex.
Huts with a Heart badge
If you earn the 6 stamps for "Huts with a Heart", you will receive the "Huts with a Heart" badge.
Children's badge
Children who are keen on hiking will receive the children's badge with our Mayley after achieving 5 hiking goals and colouring in the mountain picture (in the hiking pass on page 24).
