Action Mount Penken
The extensive ski area on Mount Penken with the ski resorts of Finkenberg, Rastkogel and Eggalm is one of the largest and most diverse ski areas in Austria. The Harakiri Piste with its 78% gradient - Austria's steepest ski slope - is a special challenge for those that dare. Boarders and free skiers meet at Penken Park, where 6 areas offer a wide choice of terrain for every level of ability, pros and rookies alike.
... Austria's steepest piste
Harakiri touches 78 degrees at its most terrifying point. It is a relatively short run, dropping straight down the northern face of Action Mount Penken, but in icy conditions, it's a challenge for most skiers!
If you don't feel like testing your limits, you can watch the action from the chairlift that runs right next to the slope.
Whether you're a beginner or a pro, you will find just the right obstacles in our snow park on Action Mountain Penken. The park’s very own 4-person SunJet chairlift ensures that snowboarders and freeskiers can get in as many runs as possible in the six different areas.
Particularly beginners and younger freestyle acrobats get their money's worth here because the Kids Park offers perfect conditions to hone all of their tricks.
Unterberg Racing Paradise
Speed enthusiasts will love Unterberg racing paradise!
Three permanent giant slalom courses, "Gold, Silber and Bronze" with track timing take skiers on a speedy downhill run to the finish line.
