Good to know
FAQs – Good to know What does the "Plus" festival ticket mean?
The three- or six-day “Plus” ticket includes two or four ascents and descents (called Flexi Ticket) for pedestrians on the Penkenbahn cable car. Festival Ticket “Plus” for six days: €299 (includes 4 Flexi Tickets) Festival Ticket “Plus” for three days: €195 (includes 2 Flexi Tickets). This leaves you with one day to chill out or relax – plenty of time for wellness. We recommend that winter sports enthusiasts book the classic ski pass.
How often can I use the Penkenbahn with the Flexi Ticket?
The Flexi Ticket allows ONE ascent and descent with the Penkenbahn on each selected day. For technical reasons, it is NOT possible to upgrade, credit, or pay out the ascent and descent tickets for ski passes included in the “PLUS” festival pass.
Are there additional costs for the Mountain Stages?
The events on the Mountainstages are free of charge. Use of the Kombibahn on the Penken to commute between the Mountainstages is free of charge on the day of use of the Flexi Ticket.
Is the Flexi Ticket transferable?
The Flexi Ticket is a personal ticket and is therefore NOT transferable! Misuse will result in the Flexi Ticket being automatically blocked. The Flexi Ticket does not allow the use of the Penkenbahn with ski or snowboard equipment.
