Description
The Schlegeis Alpine Road starts in the idyllic mountaineering village of Ginzling and leads to one of the most beautiful excursion destinations in the Zillertal Alps. Hiking, climbing and experiencing - around the emerald green Schlegeis reservoir.
Alpine hairpin bends, rushing waterfalls and unforgettable views await you on the Schlegeis Alpine Road. The Schlegeis reservoir at 1,800 m above sea level is the starting point for many hikes and outdoor activities in the high mountains.
Select the desired ticket. Please note that there is a waiting time at the toll booth despite advance booking.
All tickets must be presented to the toll staff before driving on.
The tickets must be downloaded to your cell phone or printed out in advance, as there is poor reception at the toll booth.
Opening hours: 07.00 a.m. - 06.00 p.m.; from approx. mid-June - mid-September from 06.00 a.m.
