Our house is centrally located in Hippach / Schwendau and is the ideal starting point for a varied holiday at any time of year. Here, you can enjoy short distances, excellent transport connections and a wide range of leisure activities right on your doorstep.

Restaurants, grocery stores, a bakery, as well as ski and bike rental shops are all within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest ski bus stop is only around 100 metres from the house. From there, you can easily reach the Horbergbahn cable car and the Zillertal Arena ski area.

The Horbergbahn cable car, which provides access to the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen ski area, is only around 1.5 km away, while the Zillertal Arena is approximately 6 km away.

In summer, our guests can enjoy a special extra: admission to the Sommerwelt Hippach leisure centre, just 300 metres away, is included. With its outdoor swimming pool, trampoline area and other attractions, it offers refreshing fun on warm days.
