HUBER's boutique hotel is the perfect base from which to experience the Zillertal from a new perspective. Our little hideaway is just a few minutes' walk from the valley stations of the Mayrhofen cable cars - and yet is nestled safely in the tranquillity of its own garden.
How Klemens Huber cooks in his gourmet restaurant in Zillertal KLE means that the name becomes a signature. It stands for Klemens, but also for: Bold. Tasty. Genuine. And much more. In his award-winning restaurant in Mayrhofen, understatement meets exquisite ingredients, seasonal cuisine meets vision. The aim: enjoyment that inspires all the senses. At KLE, the focus is on the menu and individuality. There is what there is - no goose in midsummer and no asparagus in winter. Instead, wild garlic and herbs in spring, chestnuts in autumn and biscuits at Christmas time. Just like before, only completely different. We don't like to show off, but we can say what's true. And KLE's gourmet cuisine has been honoured with 2 forks and 86 points, as well as 2 toques from Gault&Millau. And that's something to be proud of.
