Description
A unique location on the sunny Laberg plateau near Brandberg (Zillertal) – the residence and workplace of the alpine herbalist, who collects wild mountain and alpine herbs between approximately 1,500 and 2,500 meters in altitude, whose active and aromatic substance content is particularly potent.
The herbs are gently processed on pine wood frames and air-dried surfaces, preserving up to 95-98% of the ingredients compared to fresh plants.
Offering: dried herbs, teas, tinctures, oils, syrups, fine brandies, smokable blends, sweets, and spice compositions made by hand.
Botanically, medicinally, and culinarily oriented tours and workshops such as the "Almkräuter‑Flanieren" – a hike to the herb garden with an introduction to botany, herb processing, and individual consultation (duration approx. 6.5 hours, max. 7 people).
Regular events such as Spring Equinox Day & Night, Mitterstall evenings, and seasonal festivals with fire rituals, menus, and smoky impulses.
