After a detailed initial meeting and the definition of the sporting goals, a fitness and training concept is created that takes into account your possibilities and the available time. Training planning

Creation of individual training plans - from beginners to ambitious hobby and recreational athletes to competitive athletes! The training can affect different target groups and thus follow different content:
