FAQs Zillertal Activcard

After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation containing a QR code. With this QR code you have direct access to all services of the Zillertal Activcard – no pick-up at a machine is required. The ticket is only valid with a photo ID carried with you, is non-transferable and must be presented without being asked at every use.

You can select the adult ticket by specifying the ticket holder as an ‘adult’. You can then purchase the desired ticket for the selected duration.

A family ticket becomes available when you add multiple tickets. You can then select the appropriate ticket for each family member - for both adults and children. This makes it easy to create a ticket package for the whole family.

• Zillertal Activcard valid on the Hintertux Glacier up to Sommerberg (2,100m)

• Free entry to all six outdoor swimming pools (one visit per day)

The Zillertal Activcard can be purchased on site at the ticket offices of the mountain railways from 23 May to 26 October 2026.

Children discount: The children's price is valid for all children born between 2011 and 2019. Children born in 2020or later can enjoy all the card benefits free of charge.

Family ticket: When buying two adult tickets your children (born in or after 2011) travel for free.

Children's tickets and free tickets for children are only available at the cash desks on presentation of ID available, not bookable online.

Please note that all dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled on all cableways and offers on the mountain. Muzzles are available at the ticket offices of the cable car stations.
