Yogini Belinda will guide you lovingly and attentively through a whole weekend of yoga sessions, adding meditation, breathing exercises and chanting depending on the needs of the participants. Hostess Barbara will pamper your body with Ayurvedic food.
On Friday afternoon, you can hike from the car park at Alpengasthof Breitlahner to the Grawandhütte in an hour and a half, gaining distance from everyday life with every metre.
Belinda awaits you at this special place of power in the Zemmgrund. After the first yoga session, you will enjoy an Ayurvedic dinner together, lovingly prepared by the hut's landlady Barbara.
Depending on your booking, you will spend the night in a single or multi-bed pinewood room at the Grawandhütte.
