Revoke Contract

With this form you can revoke your contract within 14 days of conclusion without stating any reasons.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Tourist services (e.g. accommodation, ski passes, lift tickets, package tours)

• Contracts that have already been partially or fully fulfilled

The right of withdrawal applies for example to:

• Gift vouchers

• Digital content and subscriptions

• Goods you have not yet received

How it works:

  • Order number

  • First and last name of the buyer

  • Description of the item to be cancelled

• You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received
