Nature photography to the Milky Way

On the way with the camera and the nature photographer

We take a cab up to Melchboden on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße. We hike to the Kreuzjoch (400 meters altitude), where we have a good overview of the Zillertal Alps Nature Park and the Tux Alps. Andreas Neurauter is a passionate nature photographer. For many years he has dedicated himself to landscape photography in the Alps as well as to stargazing. Once we have our snapshots in the box, we hike back to Melchboden. Please bring warm clothing, gloves, cap, headlamp, camera, lenses, tripod, snack and tea!

Character: medium-difficulty tour with approx. 400 hm in ascent and descent.

Duration: approx. 6 hours; of which 2.5 hours pure walking time

Fee: Adults € 15.00 - Guests of the Nature Park partner businesses, as well as Nature Park members free of charge.
