The night sky in the Zillertal Alps Nature Park is an impressive natural spectacle. The Zillertal Alps are one of the regions in Austria where you can still experience the dark night sky with its shining stars. We’ll take a taxi to Melchboden at 2,000 meters above sea level. After an introduction to the cosmos and the Milky Way, we’ll observe the summer constellations through a telescope. Our expert will, of course, be happy to answer any questions you may have about the night sky, night photography, or wildlife—which, by the way, is quite active at night. The tour is led by a nature park guide who is also a passionate nature and landscape photographer.
