Wine hike on the Hochschwendberg

Unique hike for beginners to advanced nature enthusiasts on the Hochschwendberg in the Zillertal. Enjoy an easy ascent between the fresh forests at an altitude of over 1300 meters combined with tastings of wonderful wines from and around Austria. The itinerary is as follows:

Good to know:

• Meeting point at the former inn “Mösl” at Hochschwendberg with aperitif & introduction

• Easy hike for approx. 45min - 90min depending on your wishes

• First wine at the highest point of the hike with a short breather

• Descent and path to the solid wood chalet on “Lichteben” with remaining wine tasting indoors or outdoors depending on the weather

• Refreshment stop by the fireplace with a cozy Tyrolean snack

• Descent to the original meeting point or pick-up back to the hotel
