The cattle drive is a lively celebration of Alpine tradition. As the decorated cattle are driven back down into the valley, people celebrate the end of the alpine summer and their deep connection with nature.
With traditional costumes, music and regional specialties, the sense of community is strengthened and the rich culture of the Alpine region is made visible. An event that unites tradition and love of the homeland.
The exact dates for the cattle drives will be announced shortly. As a general rule, the cattle drives take place from mid/late September to early October. As soon as the dates are confirmed, you will find them here and in our event calendar.
